All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks after the order is received.
BrownMill ships out orders every Monday and Friday between 8 am - 5 pm.
An email will be sent out when your order has been shipped.
Due to COVID restrictions, please allow 2-4 weeks for all shipments and processing.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are not offering size exchanges.
We will offer returns for orders with errors.
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your BrownMill purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within two months.
BrownMill’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
